ADVERTISING TERMS

Effective Date: January 2024

 

These Advertising Terms explain how advertising works with WrapFam Unleashed™ (North Star Graphics & Promotions LLC). By purchasing an ad, submitting promotional content, or participating in any paid placement, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Payment & Billing

  • Payment is due in full before placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Ads are not scheduled or produced until payment clears.

  • All rates are listed in USD.

 

2. Deadlines

  • Deadlines for print and digital submissions are listed in the current Media Kit.

  • Advertisers are responsible for meeting deadlines. Late materials may be rescheduled to the next issue.

 

3. Ad Materials

  • You must provide press-ready files (PDF, JPG, or PNG) that meet the specs in the Media Kit.

  • WrapFam Unleashed is not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect files.

  • Minor adjustments may be made for print/digital consistency.

 

4. Editorial Separation

  • Paid content is labeled (Sponsored, Paid Promotion, Partner Feature).

  • Editorial content is not for sale and cannot be altered by advertisers.

 

5. Content Restrictions

We reserve the right to reject ads that include:

  • illegal or deceptive claims

  • insults, personal attacks, or defamation

  • explicit or harmful content

  • brand impersonation

  • unproven or dangerous product claims

If rejected, you may submit an alternative ad that meets our requirements.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Ad cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the issue deadline.

  • Once an issue is locked or content is in production, ads are non-refundable.

  • Digital ad campaigns that have begun delivery are non-refundable.

 

7. Placement

  • Placement preferences are considered but not guaranteed unless the package specifically includes guaranteed placement.

 

8. Performance

  • WrapFam Unleashed does not guarantee results, impressions, or sales.

  • Analytics are provided when applicable.

 

9. Indemnification

Advertiser assumes full responsibility for the content of their ads and agrees to indemnify WrapFam Unleashed from any claims arising from that content.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
