REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

WrapFam Unleashed™ offers print magazines, digital content, merchandise, and advertising services. Our refund rules differ by product because production partners (MagCloud, Printful) handle manufacturing.
1. Print Magazines (MagCloud)
All print issues are produced and shipped by MagCloud.

No refunds for print orders once MagCloud begins production.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact MagCloud support directly.

We cannot cancel or modify print orders after they are placed.
2. Merchandise (Printful)

Printful handles production, shipping, and replacements.

Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

defective items
-
damaged items
-
incorrect items

description of the problem
3. Digital Products
Digital issues, PDFs, and downloads are non-refundable.
4. Advertising & Sponsored Content
Follows the Advertising Terms:

Once placed, designed, or scheduled, ads are not refundable.

Campaigns already delivered or in progress cannot be refunded.
5. Subscription Emails
WrapFam’s email subscription is free and cannot be refunded (obviously).
