SUBMISSION TERMS

Effective Date: January 2024

 

By submitting photos, articles, designs, videos, or any other content to WrapFam Unleashed™, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. You Own Your Work

You confirm that:

  • You created the content

  • Or you have written permission from the creator or owner

  • All people shown have consented to their image being used

 

2. License Grant

You grant WrapFam Unleashed:

  • A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license

  • To publish, edit, resize, crop, or distribute your submission

  • In print, digital issues, social media, email, and marketing materials

  • With credit to you or your shop (unless anonymity is requested)

This does NOT transfer ownership. You keep your rights.

 

3. Accuracy

You agree that:

  • Your statements are truthful

  • Specs, pricing, claims, or product details are accurate

  • No confidential or proprietary information is shared without permission

 

4. No Payment for Editorial Features

Editorial submissions are voluntary and unpaid.

Paid promotional features (e.g., Product Launches, Training Spotlights, Classifieds) fall under our Advertising Terms.

 

5. Editing & Formatting

WrapFam Unleashed may:

  • Edit for clarity, length, grammar, or consistency

  • Choose images or quotes for layout

  • Decline submissions that don’t meet content or quality guidelines

 

6. Removal

You may request removal from digital content.
Print cannot be changed after publication.

 

7. Safe Community

We do not publish content that includes:

  • harassment, discrimination, or defamatory statements

  • political attacks

  • stolen or AI-generated work without disclosure

  • unsafe installation practices

  • false claims about materials or products

 

8. Minors

As a rule, we do not publish photos of minors in a context that can be tracked to a specific location, family or any identifying information. If minors appear, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent.

 

9. Liability

You take full responsibility for your submission.
You indemnify WrapFam Unleashed against claims arising from content you send.
