Suzan Pelc - Entrepreneur, Vinyl Wrap Installer

What inspired you to get into the vehicle wrap industry/What was your career path before wrapping? 

I used to be a service advisor for Maserati for 6 years, and my last job was as a writer at Lamborghini. I’ve been in the car industry for over 14 years. I lost my job and needed to find a way to keep cars in my life, wraps seemed like a natural fit.

What challenges did you face when first starting out?

My starting out challenge was learning to be light-handed. That’s why I wrapped my car 15 times for practice till I was good enough to touch a customer’s car.

What drives you to stay in the industry?  

I love what I do, I’ve always been into art, and as an installer, if someone wants a custom design, it’s still doing what I love.
